Managed the production process of new and revised titles in the Stedman’s Word Book Series. Performed various editing and production duties for the weekly journal, Circulation, of the American Heart Association. Main responsibilities included the timely editing of medical manuscripts within the framework of a strict style guide, as well as frequent correspondence with the Editorial office, authors, account managers, and vendors. Was responsible for all production duties of alternating issues, including the editing and releasing of page proofs, the tracking and implementing of author corrections, and the maintenance and tracking of all information applicable to each article and issue. Assisted in the execution of quality checks and posting for all online articles.
