Created and developed the concept, design and business model for a monthly print and digital business publication targeting professional women. Women's Edge featured women in various professions in the Greater Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill areas of North Carolina. Created an Editorial Advisory Board of professional women who assisted in the development of relevant, engaging and inspiring content. Wrote cover and feature stories as well as web site content and all social media. Hired and supervised columnists, freelance writers and editorial interns. Edited copy for each issue along with proofreaders. Instituted a quarterly luncheon series to bring the magazine's stories to life with unique, featured speakers and sold out audiences as well as quarterly networking events for young, professional women.
