I have been a public educator for over 20 years, serving as classroom teacher and building administrator. Over the last two and a half years, I started a side career in freelance writing and have found ongoing success in the field.
I am continually reaching out and looking for jobs to expand my horizon and broaden my mind. I find that I learn a great deal from each article I write. I have built up a varied portfolio, with pieces ranging from articles and blogs to product reviews and press releases. In terms of longer pieces, I have ghost-written several eBooks for clients, on topics ranging from karate to goldfish.
I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA in 1992. I went on to receive my Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
