Responsibilities also include maintaining account balances and daily reconciliations of several accounts to ensure proper accuracy. Position mandates end of day zero balance. Field/manage numerous interdepartmental phone calls and emails daily requiring research and problem solving skills to resolve. Financial reports generated and distributed weekly. Highly detailed record keeping is required to accommodate yearly internal/external auditing.
Exclusive back up for check processing desk. Responsibilities include several hundred check requests daily to be verified and processed with strict deadlines. Run reports at end of day and debit all accounts that checks are drawn from. Field requests and research inquires.

Responsibilities included maintaining book of accounts for pension funds. Process transactions and determine cash to be invested daily. Maintained highly active cash fund daily and processed monthly benefit payments via checks and/or wire transfer. Prepared trial balances and monthly financial statements for both domestic and global on a strict monthly deadline. Daily and monthly duties included reconciliation of share positions, cash positions and insuring that all securities are accruing correctly and that income is paid and up to date.
