I am a New York-based composer and classically-trained pianist, having graduated from NYU in '09 with a BA in music composition and film scoring. My style is instrumental electronica mixed with contemporary classical, but I often write in a variety of genres to fit the specific needs of a project. I am influenced by the film scores of Philip Glass, the piano works of Maurice Ravel, and modern electronica like Bonobo and Imogen Heap.

A bit about myself:
As a composer, I score a variety of films and multimedia projects, including the Paul Hannah feature “Consinsual" and the film’s sizzle trailer. I have freelance composed at music production house The Lodge, where I wrote original commercial spots sent to major clients such as Kellogg’s, Mattel, MTV, and Audi. Recent projects include scoring a short Chinese film entitled "Play," to be shipped around international festivals; working with an award-winning theatre director as composer for several upcoming theatre productions; working with Gary Schall of the Steve Reich Ensemble on a piano phasing performance to premiere at Carnegie Hall in April 2012.
Along with my composition skills, I am proficient in music editing, mixing, orchestration, arranging, and transcribing scores; I play piano, violin, mallets, accordion, and various percussion. I am knowledgeable in Logic, ProTools, Digital Performer, Finale, Sibelius, Reason, and Garageband. I pride myself on being organized and responsible, with a fast turn-around time.
