Trina N. Brown is a Philadelphia native currently residing in Texas and the President & Founder of The Paralegal Manager, Inc. Trina is a tenured Paralegal with experience in corporate/transactional law, contracts and contract litigation as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Trina has practiced as a Paralegal since 1993. Her background includes (but is not limited to) jury/trial consulting, civil litigation, civil trial law, corporate law/litigation, corporate governance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, contract law/litigation, labor and employment, insurance defense and mass toxic tort litigation.

Trina received a Legal Studies Certificate in 1993 from Liberty Academy of Business; a Paralegal Certificate in 1997 from American Center for Technical Arts and Sciences; a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics in 2004 from Immaculata University (with high honors); a and Master’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from The George Washington University (2013).  Trina will start her path toward doctoral study in March of 2014 at Walden University in their PhD in Law & Public Policy degree program.

Trina was commissioned as an American Alliance Certified Paralegal and is currently working toward her Paralegal Management Certification. She received membership into the prestigious College of the State Bar of Texas’ Paralegal Division. Trina is also a member of the American Bar Association as an Paralegal Associate Member.

Trina is very active within the Paralegal profession and has accepted various Board appointments and chair positions throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
