In July 2015 I completed my Masters in Digital Arts at the University of Witwatersrand. During that period I worked full time as a 3d animation instructor and as a freelance digital artist. I have spent a 15 year career building a broad range of experiences as a 3D Generalist, with a focus on digital sculpting and 3d lighting & rendering.

I am also involved in the current form of ‘experimental animation’ as a 3d mapping artist and Visual Jockey (VJ).
Digital Arts Instructor and Lecturer
As a Digital Arts lecturer the focus is to teach creative formulas and ‘free flow’ techniques. I aim to give my students the necessary tools for an efficient pipeline in a post-production environment. The lectures cover a broad range of the creative process in film, gaming and advertising, this includes concept art in digital illustration (Adobe Photoshop, Al.chemy), digital sculpting (Mudbox, Zbrush R7), texturing, lighting and Rendering (Maya) and compositing (Adobe After Effects). I also lived abroad in Shanghai, China as a digital arts lecturer in (2D/3D), photography and Photoshop.
