Project Director (Mentoring Children of Prisoners)
Supervised and evaluated program staff, assured efficiency and effectiveness in all program and service operations, coordinated and monitored referrals from referring agencies, recruited youth and mentors for program, provided ongoing supervision to Community and Intensive Intervention Staff, and established collaborative partnerships with other non-profit and for profit organizations. Overall 100 youth were served (Project was featured in The Washington Times Newspaper April 2006).
