Now in my 25th year of professional writing, I think I can say I’ve nearly done it all. I started out as a Minneapolis advertising copywriter and worked my way through print, tv, radio, direct marketing, B2B, script writing and production, and even event planning. I went freelance in 1997 and have worked on everything from international accounts to start-up websites to blogs to non-fiction book writing. I'll admit I now have the luxury to be picky when it comes to projects so I only choose the ones I think are interesting.
Here’s what I’ve been up to lately: four full-length non-fiction books focused on gardening, water storage, running a small farm, and teen employment; ebook veggie guides for online garden retailer; 30-minute script for a wildlife videographer; a 20-page book for an architect specializing in green building practices; monthly newsletter articles for a gardening supply company; and a full website and brochure redo for a green corporate cleaning service.
