WHO AM I?
Hi, I'm Janice Gentles-Jones. I am the owner of JGJ Consulting, a small consulting firm that specializes in Joomla website implementation, consulting and training.
WHO DO I HELP?
I work with nonprofit organizations and associations that want to use their website and the Internet to educate, engage and gain more members.
HOW AM I DIFFERENT?
I approach each client project with care. I take the time to understand my client's mission, goals and challenges. I then use that information, along with my extensive technology skills and Internet marketing experience, to helping them create an online presence that supports their business goals.
My philosophy is to give my very best to each client and go above and beyond their expectations.
I have a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Queens College. I led the IT Training and Helpdesk department for a large New York pharmaceutical firm for 7 years and have conducted computer training for more that 6,500 people over the span of my career. For the past six years I've worked exclusively with small businesses and organizations to help them use the Internet to build and grow their online presence.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE
I am truly blessed by God. I'm a mom to two wonderful children, a wife to a wonderful, supportive husband, a sister to an awesome woman who is one of my best friends, a daughter to a loving father and friends with some really intelligent, supportive, down-to-earth people. And on top of that I get to meet and work with some of the most inspiring and generous people in this world.
