Illustration & Design Experience
•Animate Inc. Boulder, CO 2013. Currently painting a train for a video series entitled, “The Global Peace Train”, designed to help children and adults with trauma. Will also be the illustrator for all the 2D illustrated paper “scenes” depicted in the world of the “imagination” within this series.
•Downtown Boulder Inc. Boulder, CO 2013. Commissioned to illustrate four maps for the “You Are Here” directory fixtures on the Pearl Street Mall. Currently available on Pearl Street for viewing.
•Downtown Boulder Inc. Boulder, CO 2013. Commissioned to illustrate the new Downtown Boulder Visitor Map for the BID division of Downtown Boulder. It is currently available at the info booth and other various places in Boulder.
•Mighty Fudge Studios. Boulder, CO 2012. Hired to Illustrate frames for an animated short.
•Joseph O’Leary. Boulder, CO. 2012. Commissioned to illustrate a local Boulder writer’s children’s book entitled, “Huggable Lou” by Joseph O’Leary. Copywright 2012.
•Chromedome Design. Van Nuys, CA. 2011. Worked for a CA designer illustrating & co-writing the storyline for an ipad app video game designed to help educate children.
•Joshua Robinson, Black Ridge Interactive, Inc. 2010. Provided production work for this well-established Boulder design company using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Flash.
•Commissioned Murals. 2010-2012. Hired by various clients to create murals in homes & business spaces. Clients vary from the Cuvee Wine Bar in Boulder to various Colorado & Minnesota residents.
•Stuart Batty Tools. Boulder, CO. 2010. Edited, altered and color-corrected photographs of woodturning tools using Photoshop for a local woodturning company.
•Boulder Valley Public School District. 2009. Created original illustrations to a pamphlet & poster designed to educate middle school children on how to use public transportation (funded by RTD). The pamphlets and posters were printed and widely distributed throughout Boulder Valley Public Middle Schools.
•Learner Publishing Group. Minneapolis, MN. Photo Researcher. Provided photos and illustrations for various educational children’s books. Assisted the editors of the publishing company in the process of reviewing unsolicited manuscripts.
•Charles S. Anderson Design/CSA Archive. Minneapolis, MN. 1999-2001. Edited, altered, and color-corrected illustrations and photos using Adobe Photoshop. Also worked with the layout of a stock illustration catalogue using Quark and Adobe Illustrator. Performed in-house illustration for various drawings that were needed for the stock illustration company.
•Twine Magazine. Boulder, CO. 2012-13. Two illustrations and three astrology articles were published by this newly emerging local publication.
•The Rooster. Boulder, CO. 2012. Wrote the Horoscope page for various issues of this well-established, local publication.
