To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Rosa Espaillat and I am an experienced writer. Currently, I am an undergraduate student at the City University of New York. I am also the Student Vice President of The Communicator, my school's newspaper. In addition to my usual college assignments which vary in length from one to ten pages, I make it a personal goal to write at least 1,000 words daily. The purpose of this daily goal is to help my writing style become more unique and personal.
I am a highly motivated and goal-driven individual. I am a planner and I prefer to tackle problems and responsibilities one at a time. This way I am able to more efficiently meet my own deadlines and the deadlines professors give me. I have eleven years of experience with writing. I have written a variety of different pieces, including but not limited to, blog entries, poems, short stories, prose, short screen-plays and parodies of popular movie scenes. Most of my scholarly and academic papers produce high grades of A's and A+'s. Many of my fellow classmates turn to me for help with writing their papers. I have a very keen eye for grammar mistakes and incorrect usage of sentence structure. I very much enjoy finding grammar mistakes in publications, as I understand that this will help me get better at pin-pointing grammar mistakes.
