I am a currently a student of Social Work, but a foodie at heart. I love to eat and I love to write about food. I am first generation American and have visited other countries; from that I know that culture and food go hand in hand. I will eat anything once....no matter what it is. The most unusual thing I have ever eaten were lamb testicles. I love escargot, and am especially fond of all French cuisine. I live in NY and would love the opportunity to eat at innovative and amazing restaurants and write about it.
