Supervised staff of 3 Art Directors in development and implementation of creative concepts of packaging and displays
under the 3 categories of Haircolor, Haircare and Skincare. Upgraded look of Fructis Shampoo and Conditioner and
Fructis Styling products. Design to be cleaner, natural, and hi-tec. Responsible for the launch of the skincare line
Nutritioniste. Designed to reflect the nutritional importance with the innovation of science. Designed with 3 sub moduals
targeted to different age markets. Upgraded the Haircolor Nutrisse- cleaning up the packaging, oversaw all retouching
and production. Responsible for launch Herbashine. Partnered with the ad agency to echo all advertising on displays-
tailoring to specific retailers. Managed production process from concept to production.Oversaw retouching, photo
shoots and production on all Garnier Brands.

Supervised an art director and assistant in creating all promotions under the Lauder Brand. Created seasonal themes that
would launch through national retailers and luxury stores on collateral displays and packaging. Promotions were gift with
purchase and purchase as gift sets in cartons, bags, or set up boxes. Oversaw the execution of all projectsfrom presentation
to upper management to the production. Oversaw the duty-free programs of Lauder products. Art Directed salesbooks
featuring the new initiatives bi-annually. Art direction required overseeing the photo shoots and printing of the sales books.
Upgraded companies image through innovative gifts and materials within budget guidelines. Partnered with Package
Development and Marketing to best present promotions to drive store traffic for repeat customers. Checked multiple
production processes of various materials.
