Will Holmes grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. His Mother, Carolyn was a very strong influence in his life, teaching the importance of hard work and education. Will studied History and Political Science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. After college, Will grew and led organizations in the Debt Management, Debt Settlement, Mortgage, and Royalty Administration industries before starting his business management and technology consulting firm, Will Holmes Consulting. Recently, Will Holmes Consulting has been recognized by The Greater Baltimore Urban League, and The Mayor’s Office of Baltimore City for outstanding community service and working with aspiring entrepreneurs. Will has one Son, and currently lives in Catonsville, MD. Will Holmes defines himself as a Father, Philanthropist, and Business Man.

Directed the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care, Research, Document Management and Account Management divisions and responsible for the Quarterly Distribution of Digital Performance Royalties generated from sound recordings to all US Artists and Copyright Owners. The Customer Care Team handled hundreds of inbound and outbound calls daily and the Research team addressed all escalated customer matters. Document Management received and processed over 20,000 documents per quarter and the Account Management division processed over 2000 new registrations per month. Quarterly Distributions averaged over $85 million to over 20,000 payees. Successfully directed efforts to lead operations to distribute 1 billion dollars by 2012.
