• Collaborate with Design Director of knit tops and woven bottoms on all phases of the design development process from initial concept to production
• Manage the product development process in both knits and woven fabrications by reviewing the artwork construction of lab dips, screen print layouts, bulk fabrics, and hand looms
• Communicate daily with overseas and domestic factories regarding fabric construction, and design changes

• Create concept and story boards that are presented at monthly buy meetings to various buying teams
• Shop and research current trends and color to gain awareness in the market
