Copy Chief—Academic American/Grolier Multimedia encyclopedias Responsible for copyediting manuscript, inputting all copyediting changes into database, and checking page proofs through blues and revised material—including indexes, frontmatter, photo credits and acknowledgments, and all maps, illustrations, tables, and diagrams—for the yearly bibliography and master revision plan schedule of the Academic American Encyclopedia (print) and online-only article deadlines of the Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia (CD-ROM). Also interfaced with seven subject editors and editor-in-chief, as well as overseeing and checking work of freelance proofreaders.
