I am a professional internet marketing consultant and freelancer. Career Summary:
Having true excitement about what I do, I have quickly worked my way up - from an assistant, to an account executive, to an Internet services department head, and now to a freelance professional Internet marketing consultant. My career has remained focused on Internet marketing now for 10+ years, which is a testament to my dedication and love for the Internet and all of its great capabilities, as well as its pitfalls. Spotlighted SEO Project:
Captaris (formerly AVT Corporation) is a leading provider of business information delivery solutions. An ongoing challenge for Captaris has been generating brand awareness and sales with the target market (line-of-business managers, IT administrators, and marketing executives) amid a series of mergers, acquisitions and changes in corporate strategy.

Before beginning site promotional efforts, Id Est recommended in-depth research and analysis of Captaris’ current site performance, both internally and externally. From an internal perspective, Id Est looked at their Web presence for marketability and usability issues that might impact overall success. From an external perspective, a snapshot was taken of the business information delivery industry online, comparing Captaris and key competitors overall visibility. A series of recommendations were made in the form of summary documents.

Based on the recommendations, Captaris made the recommended site modifications and Id Est began marketing the website to top tier search engines, directories and industry resource sites. In a twelve month period of time, Id Est generated the following results for Captaris:
