Floor Director, KSTP and KSTC TV 08/12/2008 to present
I was originally hired as a production assistant and within a year had become the floor director. Tasks vary from day to day
Primary responsibilities: Floor Director of Twin Cities Live, a local live talk show, and the Minnesota state high school league football, basketball and hockey tournaments, as well as other live events such as the annual broadcast from the Minnesota State Fair that air on KSTP and KSTC TV.
Other responsibilities: Sports-Wrap and Wild Country, local sports-themed shows, At Issue, a political talk show and up to 7 daily newscasts. Assist in the filming and editing of segments for TCL and high school tournament content when help is needed. I am also a credentialed writer for a Timberwolves blog on KSTP.com titled “Musel’s Musings”

I have stage managed Pre, Post and halftime shows for Fox Sports West for a Clippers broadcast shot in the Target Center, run parabolic mics for the Ohio State Football radio network (WBNS) for an Ohio State vs. Gophers game, Been a production assistant when NBC’s the Voice came to town looking for talent, Shot video for the Mounds View School district for Frozen Guild Media and am currently working on a series of web videos for NU AJ Enterprises.
