What makes a great copywriter? Is it mastery of language or understanding of the human condition? Should he tell a story or stick to the facts? Brevity or verbosity?
A great copywriter can reduce a message to the most essential components and rebuild it in a sharp and powerful way. One that gets you to reflect on it long beyond its supposed shelf life. That's marketing copy that delivers substance over style, and it's what I do.
If you need to provoke a response, present a product or post a point of view (or all three, of course), I'm happy to help.
My experience? I've been the chief copywriter at the firm that brought the world "Your Marketing Sucks" for the past year. I write for a wide variety of clients, from a commercial construction vendor to a GLBT lifestyle website to a pizza place. Content, campaigns and even jingles, I've done it all. Now, I'm here for you.
