• Planning, leading, executing and finalization of audit, review, and compilation engagements for companies in various industries (manufacturing, real estate, investments, information technology, service and retail)

- Planning of engagement from risk assessment to formulating appropriate procedures to be executed on each mandate

- Ensure proper execution of procedures for balance sheet and income statement items in an efficient and effective manner

- Supervise to ensure lower-level staff in the proper execution of planned procedures as agreed on each mandate and provide on the spot training and guidance as needed

- Review work performed by lower level staff on each engagement and provide staff with constructive feedbacks on their performance on a timely basis

- Perform analysis of financial statements using various techniques such as performing analytical analysis (ratio analysis, vouching to backups, studying trends, etc.) and discussion with management

- Identify risky/problematic financial areas according to the analysis of the company’s financial performance and notify managers/partners of the engagement

- Provide timely solution and recommendation as needed during the engagement process

- Produce accurate financial statements, ensuring correct financial accounting policy is applied and adhere to accounting standards

- Produce and organize information needed for client’s year-end meetings
- Ensure client’s satisfaction by providing information requested by them on a timely basis

• Provide training and mentoring for new/old staff
• Participate in the training of new staff in company standards, software usage, mentor-mentee program
• Provide other ad-hoc services as request by clients

• Provide corporate tax services to small and midsize businesses
- Prepare annual tax return and ensure correct tax balances are calculated
- Provide informational tax resource as requested by clients
- Communicate with government agencies for information as needed

• Provide personal tax services to individuals
- Prepare personal tax return to ensure correct tax balances are calculated
