My is William Carpenter. Currently, I work as an Academic Lab Manager for a local university. I also work on Instructional Design modules (videos, simulations and Job Aids). I am based out of Tampa, FL.
In regards to experience I have 12 years of IT Desktop Support experience. I also have 12 years of Training, and workshop development experience.
