Originally hired on a marketing director for the Kentucky clinic and after initial training also given the title of office manager. In these two positions I am responsible for the daily operations of the clinics in terms of maintaining a particular amount of appointments each week for each doctor (this was done through marketing efforts internally and externally); billing and insurance follow-ups, creating business contacts and working directly with the owners of the company. I was responsible for taking new agents out into the field to show them how to run appointments, prospect, get referrals, making the sale, completing the application and following up.
