Provided guidance and direction to Soldiers and personnel in the delayed enlistment program through email, live-chat, website, telephone and social networking. Counseled and provided individuals with accurate and up-to-date information on basic training, personnel and education benefits, and U.S. Army programs and regulations. Developed and maintained all social media outlets to include the Future Soldier Center Facebook, Twitter and Flickr pages.

Responsible for supervision, job distribution, training, welfare and accountability of subordinates and other U.S. Army personnel. Performed, scheduled and documented preventive maintenance checks and services on military diesel engine vehicles. Performed troubleshooting and diagnostics on military wheel and track vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment during peacetime training and operations and while deployed during Operation Iraq Freedom I and III. Completed timely work orders while ensuring the highest quality control standards to obtain the highest maximized equipment operability rates. Also performed as a Recovery Track Vehicle (M88A1) operator that assisted in the recovery of approximately 10 impaired and damaged vehicles in combat while deployed during Operation Iraq Freedom III and approximately 20 recoveries performed during peacetime operations. In addition, operated military armored vehicles in establishing security perimeters for Iraq voting polls and for the delivery of humanitarian aid to local Iraq citizens.
