I am a multimedia journalist and storyteller based in Pittsburgh, PA. Between my academic background in anthropology, my personal passion for music and my professional background in broadcast and online journalism, I was born to tell stories in new and compelling ways.
After spending the past year in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia researching and filming a documentary about rock music, national identity and democracy with the support of a Fulbright-mtvU Fellowship, I am now back in the United States working in post-production.
Before packing my bags for Mongolia, I worked with the PBS NewsHour in Washington, DC in a variety of capacities. From coordinating large-scale projects with public media stations around the country to filming concerts at the famed 930 Club, I was happy to find different ways to tell and produce stories on a daily basis.
