My name is Chrissy and I have been drawing, painting and writing all of my life. I've never been to art school nor have I taken a class on writing, but I have kept a blog for years and have written for my local newspaper as well as won numerous local art contests. I draw or paint mainly portraits because it is my favorite thing to do, actually I tend to recreate movie posters in my spare time. I use mainly Sharpie when drawing, and acrylic when painting, and most of what I create tends to be gothic or darkly romantic. When it comes to writing, I write poetry on a daily basis, as well as working on short stories, articles and blog entries. When I'm not drawing, painting or writing, I watch a ton of movies, eat a lot of Taco Bell and practice my other talent, hulahooping.
