Tesco Stores Ltd: 2006 - 2010 I have worked at Tesco on and off throughout my education. I have worked in various roles, including general assistant on produce, stock control, security and checkouts. The Crooked Billet: June – September 2008 I worked at the Crooked Billet Pub in the Summer of 2008, serving food and drink, operating the tills, cleaning and changing pumps etc. The summer in Old Leigh can be very chaotic with queues all day, so it could be a very pressured environment, but I learnt the job very quickly was soon trusted with many tasks unsupervised. Thames Card Technology: June - September 2007 I worked in a credit card factory over the Summer of 2007 whilst home from University. This involved working with heavy machinery and logging cards as they come out of the machines. A lot of trust was involved, as it was confidential information and had to be 100% correct at all times. Salvation Army Summer Camp, Turin, Italy: Summer 2006, 2007, 2008. I worked as a cook and general carer at a children's summer camp in Italy run by the Salvation Army. This involved providing activities throughout and working as a team to cook lunch and dinner for up to 50 children.
