I prefer the same Ed!!!...So much quicker to work in the charcoals and pencils. I did some charcoals recently and added a bit of blue to it and she loved the works. I haven't done oils for quite some time, but they were always my preferred media. Now I use a lot of acrylic as it suits my time frames and the speed of drying. Have you ever used the oils that supposedly are used with water??...Look interesting, but I have soo many oils here I thought why bother. I see a guy using them on TV and to paint without the mess would be awesome. Put it this way, I could not wear a white outfit and paint, yet I have seen people do it...

Thanks Ed...I was totally enthralled by your beautiful artworks. Me, I would go nuts if I had to do portraits all the time. I have to continually change it up to keep that passion racing along, or more me keep up with what the passion wants to paint.

lol..lol!! Absolutely Ed....even if we think it is extreme!!!. Got to keep the client happy. I personally am not into the doggie dress-up scene thing. but as they say. Each to their own!!! I might add though, there is a lot of money in it. A funny story for you re Doggie scene. A friend of mine told me about these young guys she knows through a relative, who set up a dog-dating site and sold it to somebody in Sth America and it is doing a roaring trade:??.Seriously, ....Maybe we are in the wrong business..lol
