I'm a Technical Writer with 25+ years experience seeking short-term or longer contract assignments. I've worked in the areas of programming languages and development environments, databases, contact center and CRM applications, and in areas relating to networking and Internet. For the last eight years, I've successfully worked remotely from the development, quality assurance, product and program/project management staff that I work with.
