DISTANT LAND:
I composed Distant Land with Apple GarageBand. For me, the main focus is the audio, not the video. Although the video graphics (still images and motion graphics) are all my own creations, I consider them to be in the video mainly as filler -- to avoid looking at a black screen.

About Me:
I have an M.A. in Medical Illustration from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Was on staff for 19 years as the medical/surgical illustrator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan. CURRENTLY: Owner & Medical Illustrator at NEW YORK WEST Medical Illustration Studio — serving the needs of the medical/scientific community and the medical device industry. Also, I have been a musician for more than 30 years. I play and compose with traditional instruments, as well as with digital software instruments. Also, I love the art of the written word, as prose, poetry or lyrics. I have a keen wit and honed aptitude for writing jingles, limericks, and songs.
