Carson Diggs is a well known and respected member of the community who owns a local tourist-camping resort. What the other residents of the community don’t know is, Carson is also a vicious serial killer who dumps the bodies of his victims in the nearby river, which he believes is the embodiment of his dead mother. Luther Bradley is mentally challenged but otherwise harmless young man who works at the local animal shelter. Loved by his foster mother and liked by his fellow employees, he has the idyllic life until he accidently runs across one of Carson’s most recent victims snagged on a fishing line. Terrified, he tells the local sheriff, who doubts Luther’s word due to his mental condition. Meanwhile, a group of young campers have checked into the resort, and two of them end up disappearing as well, and the two that are left begin their own investigation, coming back to the resort and snooping around, only to be attacked and held captive as well.

Synopsis: Two scientists who have been experimenting with time travel and anti-matter have caught a man named Jack, whom they believe was Jack the Ripper, in one of their time-warps, and bring him to the Future Clinic, their underground laboratory in London. After experimenting on him for awhile, they decide to try to help him overcome his violent urges toward the opposite ***, in exchange for him helping them track down famous serial killers and putting them away where they can never harm anyone again, and in the process, save lives that would have otherwise been lost in the past. In the process, though, some of their experiments – as well as Jack’s travels – have some unexpected side effects and consequences.

Pilot part 2 Ray Stone and Katherine Blackwell had the idyllic life; a cabin in the Wisconsin hills, and sunsets that turned to a blinding gold and shined as if it were the only place on the earth. Away from the darkness. But their escape from the dark side is short lived; a killer is stalking young women who have a history of being promiscuous, and stoning them to death, the most common penalty for infidelity as described in the Bible. A former FBI profiler, Ray is recruited by the town Sheriff to help with the case, and as the ******* continue without a clue as to the killer’s identity, Frank slowly but surely feels his own dark side emerging again, and will do almost anything to find and **** the man responsible, because he thinks it will help him redeem himself for not catching his own daughter’s killer.

Although eventually capturing the killer, Frank and Katherine don’t find satisfaction or redemption, but instead see just how dark all of us can be if provoked too far.
