About Me:
Hello, I go by DaCosta Art and I am a New Jersey based pencil artist. I specialize in realism, hyper realism and photo realistic pencil drawings. My work is done in graphite and charcoal pencils and can take anywhere from 6-12 hours to complete for a 9x11 inch drawing. My larger artworks on 23x 30 Inches can take anywhere from 40-100+ hours to complete. I’ve been drawing my whole life it’s a passion of mine. A lot of times my drawings get mistaken for photographs which is the best compliment to receive in this style of drawing.
