I attended the University of Montana studying communications, after which I returned home to help out my family when my mother underwent hip replacement surgery. I knew my whole life that I wanted to live and work in the great city of New York, and that I loved to cook. Always a hands-on kind of person, cooking school seemed the perfect place for me. I graduated from the International Culinary Institute in November of 2010. Since then I have been lucky enough to round out my knowledge working in catering and in restaurants.
