About Me:
My experiences and skills are many and varied, but the one constant in my life has always been the love of books.
I am a well qualified and experienced school teacher, having taught all age groups and specialised in the teaching of literacy, which, together with the arts, is my passion. My proofreading and editing skills are therefore highly developed.
I have, also, a very thorough knowledge of chidren's books, and their responses to them.
Besides teaching literacy, I am also, and have always been, an avid reader, with a knack for recognizing excellent stories and writing, and picking out 'blockbuster's way before they hit the screens - e.g. 'Silence of the Lambs' and the 'Da Vinci Code.'
