Posted with permission by EK Success LTD. ---- I can finally post this online publicly! My first set of sticker designs for EK Success's Sticko line, named "Winter Fun Penguins". They are FINALLY out in Michaels Arts and Crafts stores here on the east coast of the US, so I've been given permission to be able to post these online. If you head to the scrapbooking area of any Michaels and come across the new puffy sticker section from Sticko, look for a hanging peg with a tag that reads, "Winter Fun Penguins". Go check it out! Just another SUPER quick illustration for the store, with Scrunchy Bear, a green canvas shopping bag, and the Partners in Caring hands heart symbol. It's for the new promotion at the store, where if you donate $1.00 to Partners in Caring, you get a coupon for one of the store's green canvas shopping bags. Pencils, india ink and brush on 8.5 x 11 inch card stock, scanned into Photoshop at 150% at 300 dpi, and colored. Scrunchy Bear belongs to ShopRite, the hands heart symbol belongs to Partners in Caring.

The finished colors for the Scrunchy Bear piece, commissioned by the assistant manager at the store I work at part time, for this weeks ShopRite brand ice cream sandwich sale display. Original sketch was done in my sketchbook, tight pencils and brush and ink on 11 x 8.5 inch cardstock, scanned at 600 dpi into and colored in Photoshop CS3. Finished size is 16 x 12 inches, for the display. Yeah, I know, I used *gasp* the bevel and emboss layer effect for the background oval, however, that's EXACTLY what the design looks like on the ice cream sandwich box, so I stayed true to at LEAST that.
