About Me:
I specialize in pencil portrait art, and more specifically time period and costume portraiture. I am inspired by the way a fabric folds, the softness of hair, the clarity of eyes. These things draw me into a subjects world. I also treasure the history of objects, and capturing the tactile impressions of those things is something I strive to perfect.
I have begun working on darker subjects using skeletal forms. I am also inspired by the Steampunk genre, and you will see more of that in my art.
My work was exhibited at the RAW Artists Marvel Showcase in April 2013 in Scottsdale AZ and Translations in Tucson September 2013.
