About Me:
Miguel Karroum born in Valencia; the industrial city of Venezuela, South America in 1968 almost inside a darkroom; his parents at that time had a photo studio and lab.
He learned photography from A to Z from the best teacher ever; his father; who show him how to prepare black & white chemicals from scratch, work with his hands inside the trays, how to take care of the family business.
In 1980, he assisted his father on assignments doing from weddings to industrial photography for big corporations like Ford Motors Company, Dupont, Dana, etc.
He started working in 1984 with his first personal computer IBM PC making digital presentations on 35mm transparency film for hospital and corporation meeting presentations.
