Hi Ben,
I'm happy you like my work!
To color my images I use the 63 oil pastel brush in PhotoShop. I mess with the Opacity and flow as I am painting my images to blend all the colors well. I also use textures from http://lostandtaken.com , http://www.cgtextures.com , and http://www.mayang.com/textures/ . I set the texture to overlay or soft light over the image, and then make the texture 35-45% opacity. Then I flatten all my layers and start panting more of the image.

You're welcome. I also recommend purchasing Advanced Photoshop and Imagine FX magazines. They have helped me a lot with improving how to digitally paint. They are found at your local barnes & nobles store.

About Me:
Since I graduated in 2007 from Kendall College of Art and Design, I have had 5 plus years experience in both Graphic Design and Illustration. My artwork has been published twice by Cuddlenook.com, where I illustrated the cover, interior pages, and designed the characters for print and digital books. Since January of 2013, I have been in the process illustrating a third book for Cuddlenook. I have also illustrated a 5 page comic for the Uniques Tales that was published in both ebook and book format. I am experienced in Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and Indesign.
