Need animation for music video. It is a drum and bass song and will have humans as well as technology commingled. Things will blow up and guns will be fired. Action slash tech, urban warfare kind of thing, but must be able to make these type of things pop. Not anime, not looking for that kind of feel. There will be a basic theme/story and it then it will take off from there. Music tempo is at 170bpm so action will be a must and I want the animation to move, but still have bubbles that are like a comic book. Small budget so let me know.
