This project should be very simple for the right person.
What I am looking for, is to "Zombify" myself. Basically make my picture/pictures look half alive half dead. I have attached an example that I absolutely LOVE.
This should be able to be done within 24 hours for the right PHOTOSHOP expert.
I have attached some pictures of myself to work with and the example.
I would like this done ASAP and have payment ready to go in full!

I was playing around in CS6 and managed to zombify myself with the help of this video:

however, I was still not pleased with my end result.
So I know the amount of time involved in this project.
