Need a six page submission package. Lettering and full coloring. I was working with a terrific artist but I realized I selected her mainstream style when I need noir. The look of the comic is based on the Vertigo's SCALPED. I will also need four character sketches. I am offering a negotiable 850.00 for completing the submission package.
