I am writing a book on proposal preparation that will contain engineering graphics, essentially simple to complex graphics that are easy to follow and understand. An example is attached for your estimation purposes. The graphics will contain text where the XXXs are. I will consider alternate views of the graphics I deliver to you for preparation. I will negotiate a price per illustration with someone who can do professional work on a freelance basis from their home.
