October 2007 to December 2009
Outbound cold calling on behalf of Primus Telecom. Selling telephony and broadband options. Targets were 5 sales per day. My Personal Best is 15 cold call sales in a 5-hour shift. Move to Inbound. Supervised the Retentions Department; upsetting and cross-selling.
Assistant to the Manager for the Retentions team.
Then: Simply Energy. Managed the 'Green Power' team,
pitching renewable energy options (Cold Calling).
