Rob Margolies, director of 'She Wants Me', with Hilary Duff and Charlie Sheen, is shooting my short comedy script "Conversion of the Atheist" as his next project. Last summer, Brendan Walsh, an assistant director who worked on an episode of '30 Rock' and on the Hollywood film 'The Wrestler', shot my short comedy script 'Heartbreak Pills'. The film played at the Friars Club Comedy and Long Island Film Festivals in New York in 2013. I recently finished writing 13 animated episodes for the second season of the children's hit show 'Mia and Me'. In the spring of 2011 I optioned my vampire comedy feature 'Bloodied' to One-Eyed-Dog Films in England. It was set for a budget of just over a million. I have written with Colin Mochrie, who commented that a script I wrote for his television show made him howl. For three years I was nominated for a Gemini in the category of Best Writing in a Comedy or Variety Program or Series.
