Karen Moore - Williams has been an important force on the music scene for many years. A recent highlight of Karen’s career includes writing/co-writing songs with her husband for a soon to be released inspirational CD. Karen’s recent musical theatre credits include co-composer, writer/arranger and musical director of Sweet Like Chocolate: Poetry in Motion II, performed in 2009 at both the Philly Fringe Festival and the Wilmington Fringe Festival. Karen’s recording credits include her debut CD Sweet Like Chocolate: A Celebration of Black Love and her second recording done with her husband and Musical Director Robin Williams Sr.entitled Chocolate Aphrodisiac. As a producer, she has worked with dancers, singers and musicians to bring to the stage cutting edge multimedia events. She has combined her love for poetry, music and the spoken word in all of her productions and is currently organizing a Poets and Painters event to bring together artists from both mediums. Karen is pursuing a degree in Sound Recoding and Music Technology from Community College of Philadelphia. As part of the dual admissions degree program with Community College she plans on continuing her studies at Drexel University’s Music Industry degree major. She is currently working on a new production featuring original poetry and Blues.

I worked on several extreme automobile stunts for a DVD titled Brotherhood of Destruction. I set up most of the cameras, both under and in the car for the driver shot experience. I was responsible for shooting all of the very close handheld camera work of automobile stunts, which included long distance jumps and various crashes with pyrotechnics. I also shot several of the stunts hanging from the open door of a helicopter. When the stunts were not being performed, I did the documentary footage of the stunt driver and the prep work from behind the scenes. I was employed by NBC WESH-TV news. I worked the sunrise news and was responsible for floor directing and supervising on-set operations. I also worked robotic cameras, jib, and arranged the studio lighting. I worked as an in-studio operations camera operator for the national live talk show The Daily Buzz. I performed all of the specialty shots with the roving camera as well, with live shots with special guest stars, animals, and live bands.
