A writer has always existed within me. As a child I used to write very elaborate short stories. My mother always told me I had 'such an imagination!' She used to hang my stories on the fridge. They would remain on there so long the edges would curl. I figured out in my teen years that my imagination became a doorway to some great writing. A long time dream I had was becoming a writer. Instead of choosing my dream, for fear of incredible failure, I settled with my second choice. College was a great lesson in life. Without anyone holding your hand and pulling you forward motivation had to come from within. I graduated with an Applied Sciences degree in Horticulture.
