Tom Miller's career spans almost 40 years of a variety of projects encompassing documentaries, industrials, commercials, book and magazine covers, illustrations, logos, photography, photo reconstruction, portraiture, and digital fine art paintings and video "tone poems". He majored in art at Carleton College in Minnesota and then went on to U.S.C. in Los Angeles for a Masters in Cinema. This was followed by an exciting job for the legendary designer, Saul Bass, who was getting more involved in live action title backdrop designs such as-- West Side Story, Something Wild, Nine Hours to Rama. Tom worked for Saul for several years as a "design cameraman". That was just a start to a long and varied career which has gone off in many directions.
