Experience with creative writing, blogging, online content and article writing, product descriptions, social media content, search engine optimization, fiction, and nonfiction writing. I have extensive online research abilities with reliable resources. Before I left the workforce to raise our four children, I worked for a market research firm as a supervisor and quickly promoted to project manager. I want to work for a business or publisher that encourages creativity and focuses on quality content. At this time, I need only remote positions with negotiable availability and a flexible schedule. I meet strict deadlines without losing my sense of humor, and I use my imagination in most everything I do.

Originally, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in journalism, specifically editing and reporting. During this time, I worked as a reporter and editor for my college paper, as well as later for a suburban news publication. Later, I returned to school and now have a master's degree in education and a certification to teach Language Arts, grades 7 through 12. Besides teaching English, I have also taught Public Speaking and Film and Theatre Appreciation. I created the curriculum for all of these classes, primarily on my own. I have also created a high school correspondence course for my school district so students can recover credit hours, as well as an entire Summer school remedial course as well. As a teacher, I give speeches every day, but I was also the keynote speaker at my school's graduation ceremony. On my own, I have written songs, poems, children's and adult books and short stories, plays and movie scripts. My style is witty, sharp and humorous.
