Misspelled words, awful grammar, and incorrect phrasing all really hurt my brain!! Don't even get me started on how many people confuse the use of the words 'brought' and 'bought', even English teachers and other professionals who should know better - aaaaahhhhhhh!!! I am currently undertaking a course in professional proofreading, but have been doing it for clients and friends for over 10years - all of them happy with the results.
