HRM deals with various HR needs of the company right from joining till termination of an employee and other activities like PF, Loan, IT etc., and Plans are there to break the project in the respective modules and convert them into product. This is being developed by M/s. VKC Software Solutions P Ltd. for the whole VKC Group. This system is multi-currency, multi-entity ERP system, with complete front, middle and back office functionality integrated with each other.
